San Diego Police arrest Jets fan for cheering his team
Watch as Chargers fans tell the police the man has done nothing wrong but to no avail - he is arrested anyway

We have all been to sporting events and seen people get a little too rowdy. If it goes on long enough event staff/police get involved and usually things quiet down but rarely do we see a person hog tied and removed. I have been a NFL season ticket holder for 10 years and only seen it once.

From what is seen in this video this man is doing nothing wrong. He does not appear to be drunk, he is not loud, he is not using abusive language nor is he bothering other people around him. He is a fan having a good time just as I have seen tens of thousands of fans do tens of thousands of times at sporting events. So why are the police arresting him?

The one time I saw the police forcibly remove a person from an event all the fans around were clapping, cheering and jeering. They were glad to see the trouble maker go and they had as much fun with him as they could jeering him while he was being extricated. Why don't you see that here? RED FLAG. You see just the opposite - the fans are telling the police the man did nothing wrong. Not one single person is supporting what the police are doing. Some people get very agitated and start screaming obscenities at the police. The fact that not one single person is saying anything in support of the cops should tell each and every person who watches this video that something illegal was done. It was just plain and simply wrong.

So why are the police taking the man away? Here is my best guess: some one close to this man's seat is a person of power and abused who/what they are and complained and put the wheels in motion to have him illegally detained. The cops being the thugs they are complied. It is as simple as that.

It is the responsibility of the NFL to take reasonable steps to ensure fan safety even if it means protecting us from the police. The NFL has an obligation to the fans to investigate this and find out what happened. My ticket to a NFL game is a contract. It guarantees me the services of the NFL as long as I maintain my composure and carry myself in a civilized and lawful manner. If I do that and something like this happens to me then the NFL is guilty of breach of contract. The NFL has a vested interest in finding out what happened and report it to the fans because I can tell you one thing for sure the cops aren't going to tell us anything that is truthful.

If I am right about what happened here is it worse than you think because at the time this happened the Chargers were winning the game 7-3 in the 3rd qtr. It is one thing to be mad because your team is losing and get pissy like this but to do it when your team is winning is just as redneck as it gets.

These cops are thugs. They are no different than the scum who worked for Al Capone. They are given orders and they carry them out no matter what.

These cops should all be fired and arrested and charged:

1 - False arrest
2 - Kidnapping
3 - Assault and battery
4 - Assault with a deadly weapon
5 - Abuse of authority while under color
6 - Being bad

In addition we need to find out who the pitiful scumbag is who sicked the dogs on him.

Note the score is 7-3 Chargers when this happens. image snagged from NFL website
